When you choose the oil to cook with, always go with olive oil rather than anything else; this one contains only monounsaturated fats, which are good. Also, if you can’t live without dairy products, only get low-fat ones. In what concerns bread or anything else of this nature, focus on whole grains and forget about everything else that is not whole grain made. Eat bird meat if you are a meat lover and stay away from red meat for all costs. Lean meat has lower quantities of cholesterol, so it’s better for you.
